FINALLY,
you come first.

And so does the thing that matters to you.

The thing you keep meaning to start.
The project, idea, or plan that keeps getting pushed aside between work, life, fear, and everything else.

We created The Lock-In Circle because the problem was never your lack of ambition.
It was the conditions around it. So we built better ones: a beautiful space, protected time, and the right conditions, for you, to finally begin.

from our
TEST sessions

What happened when we gave our ideas the space they had been waiting for.

  • I always said I wanted to write something but kept putting it off. During one of our sessions, I just started typing and I ended up writing a short story. I didn't think I would get that far.

    Lisa

    Writer

  • I came in just wanting to figure out what I could actually do as a side hustle and make a bit more money. I had a few ideas but nothing concrete. Having that time made me take it seriously and actually explore it. I ended up going back to acting, which I had not focused on in a while, and not long after I landed a role in a commercial. It felt like things finally clicked.

    Sabrina

    Project Manager

  • I had been thinking about making a short film for months and just never started. In one of our sessions on Zoom, I finally sat down and worked on it. It sounds simple, but it made a real difference.

What is The Lock-In Circle?

The Lock-In Circle is a premium accountability experience designed exclusively for women who have a project, idea, or ambition they keep postponing. It is a dedicated moment to step away from distraction and finally give your work the time and attention it deserves. You come with something you want to move forward, and leave having made real progress. Each session is intentionally kept small, with a limited number of spots to create a calm, focused environment. It is a curated group, designed to protect the quality of the experience and give you the space to fully engage with your work.

What kind of things can I work on?

Anything that matters to you. It could be a creative project, a business idea, a portfolio, writing, planning your next steps, or something you have been meaning to start for a while. This is not limited to one field or industry. What matters is that it is something you want to move forward.

What actually happens during the session?

The experience is structured to help you focus and stay accountable. You will be welcomed into a calm, intentional space, set a clear goal for your session, and move through guided focus periods designed for deep work. There are gentle check-ins and a closing moment to reflect on what you have achieved and what comes next.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just come with a clear intention. Think about what you would like to work on and what progress would feel meaningful for you during the session. Bring whatever you need to work comfortably, whether that is a laptop, a notebook, or any materials relevant to your project. Everything else is taken care of.

Is this for me if I’m unsure where to start?

You do not need everything figured out, but it helps to come with something you want to explore or move forward. That said, you can also use the session to get clarity on that question itself. Sometimes, simply having the space and focus is what allows things to finally take shape. The Lock-In Circle is designed for intentional use of your time, whether that is making progress on something specific or moving closer to what that next step should be.
